Began his career in the real estate industry and engaged in real estate appraisal and due diligence services.
Soon after, he engaged in a real estate fund management company prioritizing fund raising, property acquisition, mid-term management, and sales. He went on to establish a company dedicated to real estate fund arrangement and consulting.
Ogawa founded our company in 2011, and started operations for shopping centers and solar power generation facilities. Later he became director in 2016 as the business expanded. Ogawa was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2019.

After that, he turned to the real estate industry and gained a wide range of experiences in real estate securitization, establishing real estate funds, and sourcing projects. After dealing with investors in the real estate fund business, financing business, property acquisition and sale business, and more, he joined our company in 2014 and was instrumental in launching our natural energy business. He was appointed representative director in 2015.

Joined one of Japan's oldest and most influential asset management firms in 2007, where he served for ten years in a variety of areas, such as acquisitions, equity financing, debt financing, and fundraising. In 2012, he shifted to a specialization in logistics, handling acquisitions, private fundraising, and raising listed REITs. After that, he transitioned to a multinational asset management firm, where he was active in a wide range of activities, like opportunistic funds such as development, renovation, and lease-up funds, plus value creation funds, core funds, and so on. He joined our company in June of 2021 and took his current position in December of 2022.

After that, he worked in the investment banking business in the securities industry and was responsible for a wide range of M & A, corporate, and underwriting departments. He was later appointed as a director at the Megabank affiliated IT subsidiary and oversaw the management and sales divisions. Mori was appointed as an outside director in 2017.

After a lengthy career in central government agencies overseeing finance and fiscal policy, Hara was engaged in the planning and enforcement of tariff legislation, financial system planning, and compiling budgets for the nation. During this time, he was also involved in overseas agencies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and reform of the administrative system and civil servants’ system. Following this, Hara joined management for about 10 years at a government-affiliated financial institution related to global financing as well as a new online bank where he was mainly in charge of corporate planning and risk management departments. Hara was appointed as an outside director in 2021.

Began his career in the banking industry working mainly in corporate examination and lending operations. He also worked in cooperation with the then Ministry of Finance, exclusively in charge of the final processing of special residential issues. He transferred to a regional general supermarket and carried out capital policy and Investor Relations activities in the Corporate Planning Office. Following that, he joined in a top management position in the reconstruction plan for the local department stores that suffered from the Tohoku Earthquake. Sasaki was appointed to the position of Audit & Supervisory Board Member in 2016.

Toda began his career in banking where he was mainly in charge of sales planning, construction and real estate financing, and securities company sales. Following this, he transferred to a general real estate company. After serving as a director of sales management in the buildings business, Toda became president of a J-REIT asset management company and president of a large-scale management company for buildings. Toda was appointed as an outside director (member of the Board of Corporate Auditors ) in 2021.

Aoyama began his career as a lawyer in 2002. After studying abroad and being seconded to an overseas law firm, he became a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in 2011 (current position). He handles a wide range of corporate legal affairs, including domestic and international contract negotiations in the fields of real estate and finance. Aoyama was appointed as an outside director (member of the Board of Corporate Auditors) in 2021.

After starting her career as a public prosecutor, Fukuhara worked as a lawyer in the fields of corporate crisis management and disputes. Fukuhara was appointed as an outside director and member of the Board of Corporate Auditors in 2021.

Munakata worked as a CPA in EY, one of the four largest accounting firms in the world, where he engaged in accounting auditing and advisory work for global companies in Japan and abroad. He has served as the division chief of an accounting advisory division, the President and CEO of an accounting support service subsidiary, and the deputy leader of an assurance department. In 2022, he was appointed as a Kasumigaseki Capital outside director (member of the Board of Corporate Auditors).

In addition to his work in planning security policy, international cooperation, and internal inspections at the National Police Agency, Furuya worked in risk management at overseas agencies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the Cabinet Secretariat to where he was seconded. As the head of the three police headquarters, he is in charge of organizational management including overall crisis management and compliance management. Furuya was appointed as an advisor to Kasumigaseki Capital in 2022.

Successively served as a researcher at the OECD Secretariat in France, Elder Care Task Force Deputy Director-General, Cabinet Secretariat Counsellor (Official Residence of Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi), Cabinet Secretariat Councillor, Director-General for Policy Planning and Evaluation for Social Security, and Pension Bureau Director General. Was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2017. Was appointed as a professor at Sophia University and Chair of the Board of Future Institute Wolong in 2020. Was appointed as a specially appointed professor at University of Hyogo Graduate School of Social Sciences in 2022. And was appointed as an advisor to Kasumigaseki Capital in 2023.
