Kasumigaseki Capital (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes the social responsibility it has in handling customers’ personal information appropriately in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and any other related laws and regulations.     1.3 The Company will acquire personal information by lawful means to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
    1.4 The Company will take all necessary measures to ensure that personal information is managed appropriately and not leaked or lost. The Company will also train and supervise employees regarding the handling of personal information.
    1.5 When the handling of personal information is outsourced, the Company will supervise the contractor as necessary.
    1.6 In accordance with changes to the law and regulations, the Company will review and improve its Privacy Policy as required.
    1.7 The Company will make every effort to respond appropriately and promptly to requests to disclose, amend, delete, or suspend use of any personal information it holds about you.
    1.8 The Company will make every effort to respond promptly and in good faith to any questions, opinions, or complaints you may have regarding the handling of your personal information.

    The Company will acquire personal information to the extent necessary for business use in order to achieve the intended purpose of use. Moreover, the Company will not acquire, use, or provide sensitive information to a third party except in cases permitted by law.

    The Company will handle personal information to the extent necessary for the intended purpose of use, except when prior consent has been given by you, or when permitted by law.     ・ To solicit, explain, execute and conclude contracts, and administer transactions related to the health-related business such as fitness center and sauna operations
    ・ To solicit, explain, execute and conclude contracts, and administer services and products handled by the Company, affiliated companies, and partner companies
    ・ To deliberate regarding new services, new products, and new businesses
    ・ To deal with investor relations and for shareholder management, including exercising the Company’s rights and fulfilling its obligations in line with laws and regulations related to shareholders:
    ・ To manage human resources, for employment screening and other office work and procedures pertaining to the Group’s executives and staff, and temporary employees (including prospective and retired employees);
    ・ To carry out any other work supplementary to, or related to, the work above; and,
    ・ To provide personal information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the above purpose of use.

  4. 4. Proper Management of Personal Information

    The Company has appropriate safeguards in place to ensure that personal information is not leaked, lost, or falsified, and that there is no unauthorized access to your personal data.

  5. 5. Providing Personal Data to Third Parties

    In accordance with the law, the Company will not disclose or provide personal data to third parties without obtaining your prior consent, except in cases permitted by law, such as outsourcing the handling of personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

  6. 6. Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Data

    In order to smoothly carry out the work necessary for the purpose of use, the Company may outsource all or part of the work and provide the contractor with the personal data necessary to carry out the outsourced work. In such cases, the Company will give necessary and appropriate supervision of the contractor, including also the supervision of any subcontractor.

    The Company may share your personal data as follows:
    7.1 Personal data that can be shared includes your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, family information, information about your workplace, information about your transactions, information on your business card or in your e-mail signature, etc.
    7.2 Your personal information may be shared and used within the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries.
    7.3 Your personal information may be shared and used in the service provision, client management, and business management of Group companies and to consider new services, new products, and new businesses.

You also have the right to request a copy of your personal data, or request that your personal data be amended, added, deleted, or its use suspended. When the Company has been instructed by you or your proxy to notify the purpose of use or provide a copy, amend, add, delete, or suspend the use, etc., of your retained personal data, the Company will confirm the necessary matters and respond in writing within a reasonable period of time.     8.4 Measures to safeguard the personal data the Company holds about you are as follows:
    ・ Basic policy - In order to ensure the proper handling of personal data, the Company has formulated a basic policy on compliance with laws and regulations and handling of questions and complaints.
    ・ Rules regarding the handling of personal data - The Company has established rules on how to handle, and the persons responsible for, the acquisition, use, safekeeping, provision, deletion, and disposal of personal data.
    ・ Organizational safety management measures - The Company regularly carries out self-inspections and internal audits regarding the handling of personal data.
    ・ Personnel safety management measures - Employees have submitted a pledge to the Company regarding the confidentiality of personal data.
    ・ Physical safety management measures - In areas where personal data is handled, the Company controls employees’ access to and from, restricts the equipment used, and takes measures to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing personal data.
    ・ Technical safety management measures - The Company has introduced a mechanism to protect information systems that handle personal data from any external unauthorized access or unauthorized software.
