・ To deal with investor relations and for shareholder management, including exercising the Company’s rights and fulfilling its obligations in line with laws and regulations related to shareholders:
・ To manage human resources, for employment screening and other office work and procedures pertaining to the Group’s executives and staff, and temporary employees (including prospective and retired employees);
・ To carry out any other work supplementary to, or related to, the work above; and,
・ To provide personal information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the above purpose of use. -
4. Proper Management of Personal Information
The Company has appropriate safeguards in place to ensure that personal information is not leaked, lost, or falsified, and that there is no unauthorized access to your personal data.
