Our business began with the acquisition and revitalization of a commercial facility (SC Forte) that had been damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. Starting with the installation of a solar power generation system on the roof of SC Forte in 2013, we officially began our ongoing project to develop solar power generation facilities that would provide renewable energy throughout the country. Furthermore, as our executives have years of experience in the real estate and financial industries, we simultaneously operate a consulting business with the goal of revitalizing and maximizing the value of real estate. In other words, since the founding of our company to our continued growth, we have remained thoroughly invested in the "revitalization" process.
As Japan faces the issues of population decline and wasted energy, it is important to make effective use of the often-overlooked recourses of goods and people. Throughout our history, Kasumigaseki Capital has worked to revitalize and maximize the potential value of resources. In the future, we hope to contribute to the revitalization of Japan utilizing the unique business services we provide.
