Hiroyuki Ogawa
Ogawa started his career in the real estate industry and engaged in real estate appraisal and due diligence services.
Soon after, he engaged in a real estate fund management company prioritizing fund raising, property acquisition, mid-term management, and sales. He went on to establish a company dedicated to real estate fund arrangement and consulting.
Ogawa founded Forte Co., Ltd. (now our company) in 2011, and started operations for shopping centers and solar power generation facilities. Later he became director in 2016 as the business expanded. Ogawa was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2019.

President & CEO

Koshiro Komoto
Komoto began his career in the construction industry and engaged in construction management work. After that, he turned to the real estate industry and gained a wide range of experiences in real estate securitization, establishing real estate funds, and sourcing projects. After dealing with investors in the real estate fund business, financing business, property acquisition and sale business, and more, he joined our company in 2014 and was instrumental in launching our natural energy business. He was appointed representative director in 2015.

Managing Director

Kazunari Hirose
Began his career in the securities industry and engaged in sales with business corporations.
After that, he engaged in the investment banking where domestic and foreign brokerage firms engaged in the investment banking business, which formulates capital policies in line with business strategies. He was responsible for proposing and implementing measures to improve stock value.
He went on to join our company in 2016 and became a Managing Director. Hirose is currently head of the management department and leads the overall development of internal systems.

Hidekazu Ogata
Ogata's career began in the real estate industry and engaged in business planning, equity, corporate finance, and more. He then gained extensive experience in the investment fund industry, including investment management and financing arrangements for mezzanine bond investment funds, real estate investment funds, and hedge funds. He joined the company in 2017 and became a director from 2018. Ogata is currently in charge of the Investment Division.

Masato Kawaguchi
Kawaguchi began his career in the real estate industry, engaging in land acquisition and brokering real estate for businesses.
Following that, he worked with Japanese foreign investment companies to set up real estate funding, obtain properties, execute primary loans, acquire and collect secondary loans, invest in private equity, and launch a real estate investment trust for renewable energy.
Kawaguchi joined the Company in September 2019 and became a board member the same year.

Audit & Supervisory Board Member

Toshio Sasaki
Sasaki began his career in the banking industry working mainly in corporate examination and lending operations. He also worked in cooperation with the then Ministry of Finance, exclusively in charge of the final processing of special residential issues. He transferred to a regional general supermarket and carried out capital policy and Investor Relations activities in the Corporate Planning Office. Following that, he joined in a top management position in the reconstruction plan for the local department stores that suffered from the Tohoku Earthquake. Sasaki was appointed to the position of Audit & Supervisory Board Member in 2016.

Outside Director

Kazuo Mori
Kazuo Mori began his career in banking. He was in charge of a domestic and international department of corporate sales. After that, he worked in the investment banking business in the securities industry and was responsible for a wide range of M & A, corporate, and underwriting departments. He was later appointed as a director at the Megabank affiliated IT subsidiary and oversaw the management and sales divisions. Mori was appointed as an outside director in 2017.

Tadaaki Matsumura
Tadaki Matsumura started his career at a major domestic law office. After gaining experience as a partner lawyer, he opened his own law office. His firm handled various corporate legal affairs with special focus on business succession, M & A, business revitalization, and dispute resolution. He also works as a part-time lecturer at a university and as a legal adviser for corporate reorganization procedures at a domestic shipping company. Matsumura was appointed as Auditor in 2016

Audit & Supervisory Board Member

Shohei Harada
Shohei Harada began working at a major audit corporation and engaged in auditing of banks, real estate, J-REITs, and funds. During that time, he was dispatched to the company's partner EY London office and a financial consulting company. He later returned and worked as a leader in the real estate sector, as well as advisory position, managing director, and more. He is also a member of many committees such as the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Cabinet Office, the Corporate Accounting Standards Committee, and the Association of Certified Public Accountants. Currently, he serves as an outside officer of ZEN-NOH (National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations), the largest conglomerates in China, and so on. Harada was appointed as Auditor in 2018.
